How does TypeRealm work?

Every word you type is an attack. Damage scales with typing speed (WPM), accuracy (combo multiplier), and lucky critical hits. Defeat enemies, level up, and choose between three classes: Warrior, Mage, or Rogue.

Do I need to type fast to enjoy it?

No. TypeRealm is designed for players at every speed — accuracy matters more than raw WPM in the early game. The combo system rewards consistent 80%+ accuracy, which most touch-typists can hit immediately.

What classes are there?

Three: Warrior (high HP, high defense, beginner-friendly), Mage (highest attack, low HP, rewards precision), and Rogue (balanced stats, highest combo ceiling). See the Classes page for full stat blocks.

Does TypeRealm work on mobile?

Yes, but the game is designed for a physical keyboard. Mobile play works for browsing the leaderboard and reading guides; competitive play needs a real keyboard.

Can I compete against other players?

Yes — the public leaderboard ranks the top 100 players by level, wins, and average WPM. Live PvP and dungeon leaderboards are available once you've created a character.
